Authors Note: As you can see it is snowing outside and I have been wishing to play in the snow but I don't have any time so I imagined myself playing in the snow.
As I play in the snow,
The stars start to glow,
I smile inside,
My eyes open wide,
Full of delight,
Hoping for a good winter night.
I liked how you rhymed, but you only rhymed the 1 & 2 and 4 & 5. Nothing rhymed with the 3 line. Otherwise, I thought it created a good mental picture.
ReplyDeleteThat was a really cute poem!! Kind of like what Madeline said something needs to rhyme with line 3. Maybe you could just add another line. Overall I could really visualize what was going on. NICE JOB!!
