Sense of Freedom

Authors Note: This is a poem about a
girl who is standing in front of the ocean on vacation and is feeling free.
I
firmly stand,
With
my petite toes in the sand,
Closely
watching the waves come by,
I
feel free,
No
angry feelings storming up in me,
Just
me, the ocean, and I,
I
wish time could freeze at this moment,
I
feel a strong sense of fulfillment,
I
left my life at home,
Wishing
for many more memories to come,
At
my new life
